A separate turnkey competition called for design development and construction documents, and Seoahn & Everland landscape architecture won the first prize for this competition.
Before turnkey competition, for one and half years, we made design development, budgeting, major facility design and guidelines were established and construction was completed.
Pedestrian bridges over water, Stage Island on water, Water Flower Gardens, Swimming Pool, Artificial Beach, Sunken Parkinglot, Sejong Night Life and Fountains were the major themes to enhance the global city of Sejong.
